Amazing shop with nice people

Nice shop with different types of souvenirs. Also way cheaper than inside of the museum. At the end they even gave us a little gift for buying at their shop. We also appreciate the facts that they don’t make you buy thing that you don’t want or need in contrary to a lot of other shops. Really lovely experience overall!!

I found this place on Google Maps and honestly thought the reviews might be too good to be true — but I ended up visiting and it’s easily the best souvenir shop I’ve been to in Egypt. Everything has clear price tags, which made shopping super easy (no bargaining needed). The owner is really friendly too — I bought a few items and got a discount plus a free gift. Everyone spoke English, so communication was smooth. I picked up a papyrus painting, keychains, fridge magnets, and more — all great quality and priced well. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Egypt. Thank you!

Undoubtedly, the best and moat comprehensive gift shop that I have come across during my stay in Egypt. Not only does it have a better selling price, but also, the finished products are accurately made. I have visites many shops in Khan-e-Khalili market and other areas, but none had the same level of detail in each of the souvenirs and too at a cheaper price than other street side vendors. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and well-mannered. If anyone is in Cairo and wants to shop for souvenirs, you need not wander to any other shop.

Nach 5 Tagen Kairo war Besuch dieses Ladens echt ein positiver Abschluss. Wir waren schon echt genervt von allen Scams auf fast jedem Schritt & Tritt, wollten aber trotzdem paar Souvenirs mit nach Hause nehmen. Haben dann über Google diesen Laden gefunden und um ehrlich zu sein haben sich die Rezensionen zu schön um wahr zu sein gelesen 😅 jedoch dachten wir, wir haben eh nichts mehr zu verlieren. Zum Glück sind wir hin 😁 Ali hat uns in dem kleinen Laden sehr herzlich empfangen, und tatsächlich sind alle Artikel mit einem Preisschilder versehen, es wird einem nichts aufgedrückt und man fühlt sich wohl und hat die Zeit und Ruhe sich umzuschauen. Und das beste sind die Preise 😃 wirklich mehr als fair und angemessen. Komplett konträr zu der ganzen Abzockerei die man so begegnet. Also wenn in Kairo und auf der Suche nach kleinen Souvenirs, Papyrus oder Essenzen…anstatt bei den Touren etc. zu maßlos überteuerten Preisen, lieber ins Gift Shop und das Kauferlebnis wird nicht enttäuschen 😉

We planned to buy some souvenirs at the end of our trip, and this shop was truly a pleasant surprise. Every item has a clear price tag, and the prices are fair and honest—especially compared to many shops near major tourist spots. It’s honestly quite rare to find a private shop in Egypt with such transparent and trustworthy pricing. The owners are wonderful. The male owner speaks excellent English, and we were genuinely impressed by the female owner’s fluent Chinese. During our visit, we also saw many other tourists from Korea, China, Europe, and the US shopping here, which shows how popular and reliable this place is. I highly recommend visiting this shop!

Best place to buy gifts in Cairo. Absolutely lovely people and very good prices! Note: if you encounter an older man at the intersection that tries to get you to shop at the next door, do not follow him. I find here more comfortable than khan al Khalili market. Other than price are all listed, they give you room to explore yourself. Perfume part on second floor, the staff speak good English and I think Chinese too. Was patiently introduce all the perfume they have. Overall very good experience and good place to get your souvenirs here.
